n this course, you'll learn how to create a warm and engaging reading environment that inspires young children (ages 4-6) to develop a lifelong love for books. Discover how to set up a cozy and inviting reading space, choose the right books, and build daily reading routines that make stories come alive. We'll guide you through designing a reading program tailored to young L2 learners, with practical strategies for expanding vocabulary, adapting materials, and tracking progress. This course provides hands-on tools to help you nurture early literacy skills while making reading a joyful and meaningful experience. This module is divided in three sessions: 1. Create an Engaging Library: Curating Books, Spaces, and Routines for L2 Learners 2. Create a reading program with L2 Learners (Part 1): getting started 3. How to implement a reading program with L2 Learners (Part 2): filling vocabulary gaps, adaptations, and assessment.
