1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Learning Ecologies. By purchasing or participating in our learning modules, mentoring, or consulting services, you agree to comply with the following Terms.

2. Scope of Services
We provide:

• Learning modules, including online courses and educational materials.

• Mentoring services for guidance and skill development.

• Consulting services for professional or business-related advice.

The specific details of each service, including duration, content, and deliverables, will be outlined in individual agreements or service descriptions provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and Fees

• All fees are stated in Euros and must be paid in full before the start of any service unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect payments already made for confirmed services.

• Payment methods accepted: card payments via payment platforms enabled on the website or in agreed upon cases via bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made by the client must be requested in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled service.

• Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Learning Modules: Refunds are only available within 3 days of purchase.

  • Mentoring & Consulting: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for missed or late cancellations.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

• You shall not copy, distribute, or resell our learning materials without permission.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the required technology (e.g., internet access, software) to access online services.

 

6. Confidentiality

• Any personal or business-related information shared during mentoring or consulting sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

• You agree not to share or distribute proprietary course content without our express consent.

7. Intellectual Property

• All learning materials, course content, and consulting methodologies remain the intellectual property of Bilingual Montessori and/or Learning Ecologies.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business development but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our mentoring or consulting services.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Disagreements and disputes related to this Contract shall be settled by the Parties by the involved parties If the negotiations cannot settle the disputes arising from this Contract, the dispute shall be settled in Estonia in Harju county court.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying users via email.
